End of Experiment Form

As a courtesy, and to provide feedback to your beamline staff, please complete an End of Experiment Form at the conclusion of your run. A reminder email with a link to this application will be sent to the PI of your GUP.

Acknowledgements

When publishing your work, you must acknowledge the APS according to the guidelines found here on the APS web site.
