Configuration Controlled Equipment

Equipment designated as "Configuration Controlled" is in place to contain X-ray radiation. Such devices will be marked with a red tag or sticker. In some cases, a bolt may also be painted red. These are not to be opened or modified for any reason.

Sealed Source

An Fe-55 sealed source is kept in a locked cabinet in the chemical lab by the door to experiment hall. There is no danger of radiation exposure associated with this source. The custodians in charge of this source are Dale Brewe and Steve Heald.
